Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Business Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for collecting and analysing data related to our sales performance, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise will drive the optimization of sales processes, ensuring seamless integration with our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a data custodian, ensuring accuracy, security, and accessibility of data for analysis and optimisation.
  • Ownership of customised Salesforce sub-systems, including Quote, Lead Management, and CRM-Analytics (Revenue Intelligence).
  • Salesforce configuration changes, encompassing Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform, identifying opportunities and designing scalable best practice solutions.
  • Design and create reports, implementing reporting tools to support executive decision-making, producing and maintaining business reports, and presenting meaningful data to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (CEO, CRO, Head of Sales, Marketing) to deliver intelligence from within the Salesforce platform, supporting their roles and objectives.
  • Support the education and training of the Sales Team in effective Salesforce usage.
  • Develop dashboards and management reporting to inform GTM leadership, Finance, and the Advanced Navigation Board.
  • Provide business insights based on detailed analysis of Salesforce data.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, economics, or data analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience as a lead Salesforce admin, sales, or data analyst role.
  • 2+ years in BI space and demonstrated capability as a Data/Business Analyst.
  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or similar, is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with data visualisation and presentation tools, such as Tableau and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
