">Key Responsibilities- Assist with the delivery of ongoing learning and development programs for the local Workplace Services team.
- Motivate and champion teamwork and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
- Manage building facility operations, identify workplace needs, and provide timely services to ticket requests.
- Develop strong relationships with key business partners, communicate effectively, and coordinate with finance partners to ensure compliance with accounting rules.
- Support real estate and project management teams to deliver projects on budget and schedule.
- Implement health and safety management programs, ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate guidelines.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, take part in Site Response and Health and Safety Emergency Response Team, and Regional Crisis Management Team.
