Workplace Environment Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and implementation of our workplace environment.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning is in place for property requirements into the future, maximising the opportunity available in our physical environment.

You will also provide advice and support for lease renewals or renegotiations and relocate staff in line with lease arrangements and terms. This role offers excellent career growth opportunities and exposure to complex stakeholder engagement and nuances of public sector management.

  • Evaluate and recommend strategies to improve facilities management processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve efficient space utilisation, seamless services, and effective liaison with external stakeholders.
  • Manage facilities-related purchases, contracts, and assets to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate office services that enhance employee value proposition and people experience.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business continuity planning in relation to our physical environment.
