Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Facilities Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site logistics, physical security, general maintenance, and facility presentation.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on the success of our business.

About the role:

  • Manage site logistics, including scheduling tasks and overseeing caretakers and contracted staff.
  • Ensure all facilities maintenance activities adhere to approved workplans and maintain building compliance.
  • Administer activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, and building security, ensuring adherence to emergency and health and safety regulations and company policy.
  • Uphold the presentation and upkeep of facilities, collaborating with the Operations team to enforce security protocols and standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Experience in scheduling or coordination of contractors and external vendors.
  • Confidently use a computer along with the ability to use Microsoft Office programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Office Management or Security Management is highly desirable.
