Facilities and Workplace Management Professional

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our workplace, ensuring that all employees have a safe and enjoyable experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site access and security, maintaining employee safety through regular building inspections and emergency preparedness, and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless services.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing site access and security for employees and visitors
- Ensuring employee safety through regular building inspections and emergency preparedness
- Coordinating with vendors to provide essential services
- Logging requests for maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring the site is clean and well presented
- Managing event setup and support for internal events (e.g., games nights, happy hours, catering)
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administration skills, a high level of attention to detail, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of facilities and workplace management experience are preferred.
