At our resort, we are seeking a skilled Water Sports Coordinator to join our team.

This role is responsible for supporting the operational management of guest activities, marine functions, and water sports. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in activities, recreation, or marine operations and be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and team collaboration. They will also have a physical ability to engage in outdoor and marine activities as required and hold relevant certifications such as CPR and First Aid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support operational management of guest activities, marine functions, and water sports
  • Assist with administrative duties related to marina operations, private charters, berthing, reporting, scheduling, invoicing, etc.
  • Be flexible to support delivery and execution of non-motorised water sports, guided activities, and recreational programs as required
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure safety, and contribute to revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in activities, recreation, or marine operations preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Physical ability to engage in outdoor and marine activities as required
  • CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction and team collaboration
  • Understanding of safety standards and procedures in marine and recreational activities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic financial acumen for monitoring costs and supporting revenue generation
  • Passion for outdoor activities, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
