Recreational Coordinator Opportunity

Immerse yourself in a captivating career as a Recreational Coordinator amidst the breathtaking Whitsundays. This role offers a unique chance to guide guests in experiencing the beauty of island life by assisting with various activities both on land and water.

As a key member of our exceptional team, you will be responsible for instructing guests on the safe use of non-motorised water sports such as catamarans, windsurfers, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards. You will also lead nature walks around the island, showcasing its unique flora and fauna.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a similar position, excellent communication skills, a senior first aid certification, O2, CPR, and a passion for delivering exceptional service excellence to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests in participating in various recreational activities both on land and water
  • Lead nature walks around the island, highlighting its unique features
  • Provide instruction and guidance on the safe use of non-motorised water sports
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Senior first aid certification, O2, CPR
