We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our sports and leisure team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of sports and leisure activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Ensure all recreation equipment and facilities are clean, well-maintained, and meet high standards.
- Provide accurate and engaging information about the island's natural environment.
- Actively promote and cross-sell resort activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Thrive in an active environment where knowledge and positive attitude help create memorable island adventures.

About YouWe are looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual with a passion for outdoor activities and guest engagement.
You will prioritize safety and wellbeing in every interaction and may need to obtain appropriate CPR and First Aid certificates.
Your knowledge of non-motorized water sports vehicles and land-based leisure activities will equip you to guide and instruct guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
