Job Description

This is a dynamic role focused on generating and managing all third-party revenue other than income generated via retail leases, electricity agreements, and car park. You will be responsible for creating new business across casual mall leasing, media, and brand activation income lines via outbound sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should have a background in sales or business development with a proven track record of generating new business income and delivering initiatives to consistently meet budget.

  • Prior experience in retail property or media sales would be advantageous but is not essential.

  • You must be passionate, self-motivated, and driven to proactively canvas the market to secure new business opportunities.

  • Able to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Meticulous financial management and budgeting skills are required.
