About the Position

Required Experience:

  1. A minimum of 15 years of pertinent experience in the Defence sector or related fields such as infrastructure, mining, construction, or aerospace.
  2. At least 10 years in a leadership capacity managing a multidisciplinary engineering team.
  3. Demonstrated experience in overseeing engineering resources across multiple projects within a product development context.
  4. Strong foundation in leadership, team development, and the ability to function effectively within a matrix organizational structure.
  5. Proven expertise in software and electronics engineering.
  6. Eligibility for defence security clearance.
  7. Proven capability to resolve complex engineering challenges and ensure the secure and safe delivery of products.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required. Registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and inclusion on the National Engineering Register (NER) is mandatory.
