Required Experience
- A minimum of 15 years in relevant fields such as Defence, infrastructure, mining, construction, or aerospace.
- At least 10 years in a leadership role managing a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Proven track record in overseeing engineering resources across multiple product development projects.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, particularly in a matrix organizational structure.
- Demonstrated expertise in software and electronics engineering.
- Eligibility for defence security clearance.
- Ability to address complex engineering challenges and ensure secure product delivery.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required, along with registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and inclusion on the National Engineering Register (NER).
