Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the Defence sector or related fields such as infrastructure, mining, construction, or aerospace.
  2. At least 10 years in a leadership capacity managing a multidisciplinary engineering team.

  4. A robust background in leadership, team development, and effective operation within a matrix organizational structure.
  5. Proven skills in software and electronics engineering.
  6. Eligibility for defence security clearance is required.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is essential. Registration as a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) and inclusion on the National Engineering Register (NER) is mandatory.
