Job Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Process Analyst who is passionate about process improvement and AI driven solutions. This role involves analysing, designing and delivering solutions from start to end.

  • Engage with product owners and stakeholders to take end to end ownership of projects involving AI & Automation.
  • Lead the review of business processes, architecture and design, and plan for intelligent solution delivery.
  • Identify and extract requirements using various business analysis tools such as interviews, document analysis, workshops and observations.
  • Evaluate information and data to determine problems, opportunities and solutions.
  • Contribute to estimation of development timeframes and drive performance to ensure targets are achieved.
  • Assess risk on new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where necessary.

Key Requirements
  • Significant experience in facilitating and leading process discovery and modelling activities.
  • Experience in owning and managing multiple initiatives from start to finish.
  • Background in delivering automation or technology enabled business solutions.
  • Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI.
  • Experience working with technology departments including offshore developers.
  • Business Analysis qualifications (desirable).
