Role Overview

We are seeking an expert to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people's lives through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create business value for customers through strategic partnerships and solution design
  • Work closely with key decision makers to understand business challenges and pain points
  • Develop impactful software demonstrations to showcase business value
  • Present solutions to stakeholders and ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Maintain a strong understanding of core technologies, integration systems, and APIs
  • Assist in winning customer opportunities through active engagement with sales teams
  • Create compelling solutions for customers by leveraging expertise in enterprise-class software systems
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs to meet customer needs
  • Promote Docusign's solutions through industry and partner events in EMEA

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in roles such as Pre-sales Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer or Technical Account Manager
  • Proven experience presenting to customers and delivering impactful software demonstrations
  • Experience with solution design and technical proposal writing
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with fast-growing cloud-based software and ability to work at pace
  • Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like CLM, CRM, ERP and E-Signature
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions, concepts, and business models
