We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring the successful delivery of recruitment projects for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to search for contacts and profiles
  • Managing Sequences (HeyReach & Source Whale) to streamline the recruitment process
  • Cleanse and clean systems to ensure data integrity
  • Creating advertisements to attract top talent
  • Data mapping and finding contacts to enhance the recruitment process
  • Providing excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems such as Bullhorn or Invenias is beneficial

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
