Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Norwest or Port Kembla. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting top talent to fill various roles across the automotive and logistics sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source the right candidates, using a range of sourcing methods including job boards and LinkedIn.

You will also be responsible for ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records in our applicant tracking system, and providing administrative support as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment, including posting job ads, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and source the right talent.
  • Use various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn) to build a strong pipeline of candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and support recruitment administration as required.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks with efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
