About You
  • A minimum of [5] years of experience in property or construction recruitment, preferably with a reputable agency or consultancy.

In return for your hard work and dedication, Gough Recruitment AU offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, plus an uncapped commission structure. Our generous incentives program provides additional rewards for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
