Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is optimized for success
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments for our clients with precision and efficiency
  • Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists) while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Effectively managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, driving results and excellence
  • Developing and utilizing a range of software and applications to drive business success
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Resilience, self-motivation and a high level of energy, with a strong work ethic
  • Superb organisational and time management skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness
  • A relentless focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids, with a desire to stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Prior experience in customer service/admin, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work across different locations, with flexibility and adaptability
