Job Title: Settlement Support Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Settlement Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and playing a critical role in the settlement journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate milestones: Ensure seamless handovers and client experience from exchange to post-settlement.
- Liaise with stakeholders: Coordinate communications with internal teams, brokers, solicitors, property managers, quantity surveyors, and inspectors.
- Support clients: Assist clients with contracts, deposits, insurance, and property-related tasks in a timely manner.
- Organize inspections: Arrange building & pest inspections, walkthroughs, and post-exchange tasks.
- Liaise with Senior Property Acquisitions Analysts: Ensure all works and repairs are negotiated, executed, and signed off.
- Launch rental campaigns: Monitor and execute rental campaigns for successful handover post-settlement.
- Maintain accuracy: Ensure 100% accuracy in CRM systems and task management.
- Provide clear communication: Offer timely, clear, and anticipatory client communication.
- Escalate issues: Resolve issues swiftly, ensuring no preventable delays impact settlement timelines.
