About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our restaurants and bars, providing exceptional service to our guests, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and meet guest needs
  • Inspect and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, and locking doors
  • Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
  • Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and ensure that all equipment is in good working order
About You

We're looking for a proactive and upbeat individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. You will have experience in a dynamic restaurant setting and be able to work well under pressure. A current Victorian RSA is essential for this role.
