Food and Beverage Operations Manager

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable moments. You will run the shift and supervise staff in efficiently serving food and beverage for restaurant and conference rooms.
Key responsibilities include:
- Breakfast service, including buffet, and maintaining presentation of the restaurant
- Assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period
- Overseeing rostering of Food and Beverage staff
- Liaising with the Head Chef and completing ordering
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience an advantage
- Knowledge of beverages, including barista coffee, cocktails, and wines, to be able to maximise average spend
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail
- Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues
- Availability to work varied shifts, including early morning, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays - minimum of three shifts per week
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling, or willing to obtain
- Must have working rights in Australia
