Your Responsibilities

As the Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the hotel’s dining venues and in-room dining services, ensuring that we meet our established standards for food quality and guest satisfaction, while also achieving departmental revenue and profit targets.

Key Duties Include:

  • Supervising all Restaurant & Bar staff during shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  • Promptly addressing guest concerns with professionalism.
  • Working closely with the R&B Operations Manager to communicate any food and beverage issues as they arise.
  • Organizing shift-related documentation, including pre-shift reports and daily training topics.
  • Managing daily workforce schedules through the time management system.
  • Ensuring all staff consistently uphold service standards through ongoing training and development.
  • Monitoring staff service skills and providing retraining as necessary to maintain food quality and service excellence.
  • Conducting regular check-ins with team members to promote a positive work atmosphere.
  • Training staff and implementing R&B Standard Operating Procedures to ensure excellence in all areas.

What We Require

Essential Skills:

Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests, employees, and third parties, reflecting positively on the hotel and brand. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good writing skills are also necessary. Additionally, problem-solving, organizational, and training abilities are crucial.

Qualifications:

A Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent is required.
