Your Role
As the Food and Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the restaurant and bar areas, as well as in-room dining services, ensuring that we meet our high standards for food quality and guest satisfaction while achieving departmental financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all restaurant and bar staff during shifts to ensure seamless service.
- Respond to guest feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with the Food and Beverage Operations Manager to communicate any operational challenges.
- Prepare and organize shift-related documentation, including reports and inventory requisitions.
- Oversee daily staff management through effective scheduling and timekeeping.
- Ensure staff consistently uphold service standards through ongoing training and support.
- Evaluate and enhance staff service skills, providing additional training as necessary.
- Engage in regular discussions with team members to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Educate staff on R&B Standard Operating Procedures to maintain high performance across all areas.

Strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with guests, team members, and stakeholders, reflecting positively on our brand. Proficiency in written communication and Microsoft Office is required, along with problem-solving, organizational, and training capabilities.
Qualifications:
A diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
