Our Care Home in Caulfield

Our modern care home in Caulfield is set in a leafy bayside suburb, with easy access to public transport links. The home consists of 127 beds, with a variety of care units, and is located close to the beach and shops.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability.
  • A passion for delivering world-class care and support.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
