About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Educator to join our dynamic team at Guardian Caulfield North. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education programs.
  • Develop and implement innovative learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to Educators to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Children's Services (or higher) and prior experience in long day-care.
  • Practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
  • Ability to work full-time (5 days a week) and possess a current Working with Children's Check (WWCC for VIC).
