We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Bupa Templestowe. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing person-first care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with the delivery and administration of medication, as per individual care plans.
  • Support residents with mobility assistance, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate health care documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Minimum of a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous aged care experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team, taking direction as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
  • Understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week.
