Role Overview

The Maintenance Administrator / Scheduler role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for ensuring reactive works are actioned in a timely and cost-effective manner. This involves developing and implementing efficient work schedules, managing procurement processes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Order Scheduling: Develop daily schedules for urgent/reactive work requests, ensuring timely completion while optimizing resource utilization and budget allocation.
  • Planned Maintenance Program: Utilize labor effectively to achieve high work schedule compliance, adhering to established workflow processes and procedures.
  • Reliability: Identify and address repetitive failures by developing corrective actions and implementing improvements.
  • Stores/Procurement: Manage non-standard material purchases, optimize store stock levels, create BOMs for standard works, and receive purchase orders as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous procurement experience and good knowledge of maintenance processes and activities.
  • Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of maintenance management systems.
  • Contractor management expertise and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
