Role Overview: Maintenance Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless operation of our engineering workshop in Moranbah. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Liaison: Manage customer inquiries and provide updates on job progress.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee initial bookings, compile job cards, service sheets, and compliance documents, schedule work efficiently, source parts, and liaise with customers and suppliers for approvals.
  • Parts Management: Ensure timely receipt and allocation of parts to respective jobs.
  • Fleet Repair Coordination: Coordinate light and heavy fleet repair schedules to minimize downtime.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within an engineering or workshop environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
