About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, coordinating and scheduling trades for any maintenance requests across 9 different housing locations in Brisbane & The Gold Coast.

This is a part-time position, requiring 2 days of work per week. Based within Brisbane CBD, some travel to sites may be required.

As a Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will have strong computer skills and experience working with management systems to log and track jobs, issues, complaints or completion of work.

You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel to different site locations when necessary.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Good communicator and present professionally.
