About the Role

At Regis Whitfield, we are seeking a qualified Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to take on a challenging and rewarding position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing maintenance services to the building, equipment, and grounds. This may include maintaining plant, equipment, building, and services as well as ensuring up-to-date records of all chemicals in use and compliance with appropriate safety best practice.

A day in the life of a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator may see you:

  • Maintaining the grounds in a neat and tidy manner, identifying preventative maintenance requirements, completing works, and documenting schedules.
  • Ensuring preventative and corrective maintenance is actioned within legal requirements and documented in relevant registers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General hands-on maintenance or handyman skills, including painting, maintenance of the grounds, garden beds, and knowledge of gardening equipment.
  • Supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
  • Excellent customer service manner.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
