The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Mainpac asset data integrity in accordance with Qube Master Data Standards. They will also be responsible for reporting on maintenance compliance and targeting continuous improvement through site engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain system generated maintenance strategies for assets in accordance with site needs.
- Report on maintenance compliance and target continuous improvement through site engagement.
- Set up and create new assets in Mainpac aligned with equipment deployment schedule.
- Action asset transfers in Mainpac and ensure tactics are aligned to the new site's maintenance activities.
- Dispose of assets within the Mainpac system when approved.
- Support and development of new site team members in the operation of Mainpac.
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience in systems maintenance, administration, data entry or other similar roles.
- Trade qualifications or certificate level qualifications in similar or transferrable fields.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
- Good skills using Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work well within a small team environment.
