Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced warehouse administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation of driver paperwork, including pallet dockets, con notes, and booking passports.
  • Communicate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure expectations are met.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team to allocate vehicles to loading docks, ensuring efficient load and dispatch times.
  • Manage data entry and administration tasks.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong computer knowledge, including Microsoft-based programs like Excel.
  • Cultivate effective communication, both written and verbal.
  • Excel in organisation and time management skills.
