Key Roles and Responsibilities

The Value Added Services Coordinator is a critical position within our organization, playing a vital role in enabling sustainable global supply chains.

Main Objectives:
  • To compile and distribute performance reports (DIFOT, WMS extracts, KPI packs) to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate daily VAS administration: inbound scheduling, order processing, packing, and dispatch to meet service level requirements.
  • Ensure commercial accuracy in billing and quotations by maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain high visibility on the warehouse floor to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Warehouse Management Systems, and CargoWise to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills with high attention to detail to deliver accurate insights.
  • Knowledge of billing, quotations, and commercial documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.

This leadership role requires a hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement, safety, and collaboration. As a Value Added Services Coordinator, you will take ownership of coordinating client warehouse and transport operations, ensuring service levels are met and costs are kept within agreed budgets.
