Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support our operations at our Tomago Workshop.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To receive, store, and dispatch parts accurately, ensuring physical stock matches system records.
  • To organize the shipment and receipt of goods using material handling equipment efficiently.
  • To conduct regular stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
  • To liaise with freight forwarders to coordinate deliveries and returns effectively.
  • To contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to WHSE practices and procedures.
  • To assist with maintaining professional and clean warehouse housekeeping standards.
Key Requirements
  • A proven track record in warehouse operations, particularly within an ERP environment.
  • Practical knowledge of standard warehouse procedures and systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Forklift and HR license required for this role.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in warehouse operations, preferably within an ERP environment.
  • Possess practical knowledge of standard warehouse procedures and systems.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Hold a valid forklift and HR license.
