**Warehouse Operations Coordinator Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and releasing goods.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring the efficient utilization of warehouse space and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist in supervising warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management as needed.

They will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing Company warehouse operating procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Other key responsibilities include collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations, managing and organizing international and domestic freight documents, and performing other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

  • Previous experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar role (Essential)
  • Freight/transport/logistics experience and knowledge
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin (Beneficial)
  • MUST have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Australia
