Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead warehouse operations and drive business growth.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless supply chain execution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in logistics and warehousing, with expertise in operational management, staff supervision, and safety protocols.

You will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective warehouse strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Managing inventory levels, receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of warehouse personnel to ensure they meet their job requirements.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and third-party logistics providers to optimize transportation and delivery services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to support decision-making and compliance.

Required skills and qualifications include:

A minimum of 6 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Proven track record of achieving operational excellence, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

A valid forklift license and car driver's license are preferred, but not essential.

Work authorization: Australia (required)
