Sales Development Representatives play a critical role in driving growth at Asana by identifying and engaging with new enterprise customers. If you have experience in sales development and are passionate about leveraging your skills to drive business results, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.

In this role, you will research and identify potential customers, develop customized messaging and outreach strategies, and execute these plans to achieve pipeline goals. You will also be responsible for updating activity metrics, meetings, SQO and pipeline on a weekly basis, and proactively identifying gaps between prospecting inputs (calls, emails, social selling, tasks and messaging) and outputs (meetings, SQO's and Pipeline).

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in sales development, with a focus on outbound prospecting and lead generation. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $78,400 AUD - $96,600 AUD, equity, and benefits.
