About Us:

ENGINEERINGUK is a leading provider of cloud infrastructure services. We are seeking a talented Windows Server Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building large-scale Windows server environments, implementing and managing enterprise-scale tooling, and developing and implementing best practices for automating tasks and scripting.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and build extensive Windows server environments
  2. Implement and manage enterprise-scale tooling, such as SCCM, for a large Windows fleet
  3. Develop and implement best practices for automating tasks and scripting in large server environments
  4. Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, with hands-on experience in system building
  5. Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation that supports global customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in building and supporting large-scale Windows server environments
  • Expert-level Windows administration and networking knowledge
