Job Description: Oracle HCM Senior Test Analyst (Onshore)

Salary: AUD 108,571-119,893 (Annual Gross)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Senior Test Analyst to join our onshore team supporting Suncorp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing functional test cases across various Oracle HCM modules, maintaining test documentation, and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed functional test cases and relevant test data for assigned Oracle HCM modules.
• Execute functional testing activities as directed by the Suncorp Test Manager / Test Lead.
• Maintain comprehensive testing evidence and documentation.
• Regularly update the Test Management Tool (e.g., Zephyr) with progress and results.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings and ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing scope and objectives.
  
  

Required Functional Expertise in Oracle HCM Modules (at least 3 of the below modules)

• Core HR & Security
• Talent Management
• Compensation
• Learning
• Recruitment
• Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)
• Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• HR Helpdesk
• Advanced Controls
• Reporting & Data
• Integrations
  
  

Testing Tools & Technologies:

• JIRA – for defect tracking and agile project management
• Zephyr – for test case management
• Playwright – for automation testing
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM functional testing.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and Oracle HCM configurations.
• Experience in test planning, execution, and defect lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience with automation frameworks using Playwright or similar tools.
• Exposure to integration testing across Oracle modules and third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
