We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Oracle HCM and be able to work efficiently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities- Configuration and Maintenance: Manage day-to-day administration and configuration of Oracle HCM modules, ensuring that the system supports business processes, improves data accuracy, and enhances user experience.
- System Updates: Perform system updates, releases, testing, and quality assurance for new features and patches.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance within the system.
- Experience: 2-5 years' experience in HRIS administration, with a focus on Oracle HCM.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge and direct experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Skills: Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate HR requirements into technical solutions.
