This Brisbane-based role focuses on Queensland State Government clients. It's a hunting role requiring self-starters capable of managing complex sales, with Queensland Government experience being advantageous but not mandatory.

What You'll Do
  • Build deep relationships with key customer personnel
  • Lead account planning and strategy
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes with cross-functional teams
  • Define and promote Oracle's ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM, and CX solutions
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Engage prospects with strategic, value-based selling
  • Achieve short-term results while focusing on long-term revenue growth
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and revenue delivery
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5-10 years of verifiable sales experience with a consistent record of closing deals
  • Ability to challenge and reframe customer perspectives
  • Strong communication skills, especially with C-level executives
  • Experience selling high-end software solutions or consulting services to enterprise and mid-market clients
Responsibilities

Sell business applications software and related services, develop solutions, negotiate contracts, and build strategic alliances with third-party influencers.
