Job Title: Marine Operations Coordinator

The Marine Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our marine activities.

  • Manage service desks, telephones, coordination, and general administration of the Marine Department
  • Assist with deckhand duties on fishing charters as required
  • Align bookings and communication from the Resort's Watersports area to ensure a streamlined experience for guests, partners, and colleagues
About You:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual who possesses exceptional communication skills and can effectively work with various stakeholders.

  • Candidates must hold a First Aid Certificate, CPR, and O2 qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role or related industry is preferred
  • Cash handling and sales experience is essential
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills are required
  • Candidates should have knowledge of Marine WHS legislation specific to Queensland and an understanding of the importance of safety within the department
