About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic team player to fill the position of Watersports Coordinator. As part of our Marine Department, you will be responsible for managing the service desks, telephones, coordination, and general administration.

The primary focus of this role is the alignment of bookings and communication from the Resort's Watersports area, ensuring a streamlined and professional experience for all guests, partners, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the service desks and telephones for the Marine Department
  • Coordinate and administer general tasks as required
  • Assist with deckhand duties on fishing charters as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • First Aid Certificate, CPR, and O2
  • Cash handling and sales experience
  • Current QLD RSA certificate
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills
  • Knowledge of Marine WHS legislation specific to Queensland and an understanding of the importance of safety within the department
