We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with trade clients, from order confirmation to delivery.

You will work closely with internal teams to prioritize client outcomes and resolve post-sale concerns quickly and professionally. A strong background in retail, hospitality, or logistics is essential, along with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively through multiple channels.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional relationship-building skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Previous experience in a Trade or Commercial customer service setting is desirable but not necessary.

  • Liaise with internal teams – including Customer Service, Despatch, Warehouse, and Showrooms – to prioritize Trade client outcomes.">
  • Support the Showroom team with Trade-related follow-ups where needed.">
  • Use AI tools and CRM systems to manage customer communication, track open actions, and reduce admin.">
  • Maintain a monthly service performance report, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.">
