Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented customer service professional to provide exceptional service to our customers.

As a key member of the customer-facing team, you will interact directly with customers in all aspects, including processing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving claims and returns.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment where you will be empowered to make decisions and take ownership of your work.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, orders, and returns.
  • Manage all sales/service enquiries via inbound CRM & Phone Systems within set SLAs, striving for first contact resolution with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Establish initiative-taking and professional communication with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Review purchase orders and resolve customer account enquiries.
  • Deliver strong and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Attend product, system, and skill training as required for your professional and personal development.
Requirements
  • Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word.
  • High level of keying accuracy and speed.
  • Strong mathematical and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain functions is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP & CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Proven interpersonal and team skills.
