Strategic Partnership Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Partnerships to lead the development of strategic partnerships across our organisation.

This role will involve building effective relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth, and driving the implementation of partnership models that support our organisational goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of success in partnership development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our organisation and helping us to achieve our vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic partnership plan that aligns with organisational objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, suppliers, and other external organisations
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and growth, including joint projects and initiatives
  • Drive the implementation of partnership models that support organisational goals, including negotiation and contract management

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in partnership development, ideally within a similar sector or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
