Senior Digital Health Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Director with 7-10 years of experience in digital health and transformation to lead our team.

You will be at the forefront of innovative projects that are transforming the health and human services sector. You will collaborate with top industry experts to deliver impactful solutions that improve lives and shape the future of healthcare.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage teams to develop digital strategies for system managers and health services/providers.
  • Define and implement future state operating models for business units and functions to align with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct options analysis, detailed business case development, and funding submissions for local, state, and federal departments and providers.
  • Manage technology-enabled transformational change that improves the day-to-day lives of providers and patients.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in digital health and transformation.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Project Management certification desirable (e.g., Prince2, MSP, PMBoK, Agile).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking and dynamic approaches to problem-solving.
