About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Rostering and Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in rostering/payroll systems and have strong administration skills.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing staff rosters and administering the rostering/payroll system and employee leave planners. They will also provide administrative support to the Airport Manager and establish systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities.

In addition, the candidate will handle and store sensitive information appropriately, prepare and maintain internal Airline billing records, and perform general ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage staff rosters and administer the rostering/payroll system and employee leave planners.
  • Provide administrative support to the Airport Manager.
  • Establish systems and processes for all administrative areas of the office/Airport facilities.
  • Handle and store sensitive information appropriately.
  • Prepare and maintain internal Airline billing records.

Requirements

  • Well-presented with a professional and friendly mannerism.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
