As a dedicated Rostering Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing after-hours workforce utilisation and ensuring seamless support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage after-hours rostering, including coordination and effective use of casual staff.
- Implement rostering principles to maintain high standards of support and care for residents.
Key duties include:
- Handling absentee calls from employees, shift bidding and proactive outreach.
- Coordinating casual staff to promote efficient utilisation.
- Ensuring clear communication of shift expectations and escalation procedures.
- Securing replacements for unplanned leave shifts.
- Updating after-hours rosters within Humanforce software.
- Supporting Residential Aged Care to fill unfilled shifts.
To excel in this role, you should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a curious approach, and an analytical mindset focused on solutions.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience in administrative rostering/scheduling roles.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Agreements or Modern Awards (Aged Care Award and Nurses Award).
- Previous experience using Humanforce or similar rostering systems.
- Skills in generating and interpreting data reports.
- Proven experience in rostering/scheduling roles.
