**About the role**

3Bridges Community is currently recruiting for a Rostering Administrator, full time.
The Rostering Administrator is responsible for drafting and maintaining the rosters of Home Care staff within the Reframing Ageing department, focusing on optimising staff efficiency and appropriate client-staff allocations.
- Manage and coordinate the rostering of staff using the client management system
- Monitor staff availability for rostering purposes
- Monitor any shift changes and update the client manager system accordingly
- Provide staff with rosters on a weekly basis
- Communicate rostering changes in a clear and timely manner
- Update the client management system capturing the movement and changes related to Home Care staff
- Undertake necessary administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of all rostering services

**About You**
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the Aged or Disability sector
- Experience in using a client management system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level organisational skills; the ability to prioritise, organise and coordinate a multiple of tasks
- Customer orientated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a diverse range of people
- You have the ability to communicate fluently in other languages such as Mandarin or Cantonese
